Dykhuis Honored as MAME Mentor of the Year

On November 6, MAME honored MLC Executive Director Randy Dykhuis by naming him Mentor of the Year at the MAME Annual Conference in Dearborn.  The Mentor of the Year Award is given in recognition of exemplary guidance, support and inspiration to colleagues in the library media profession. 

"Randy is one who has been an advocate for the entire library media profession in Michigan and is always anxious to see our professional organization as successful in its ventures," said MAME Director Roger Ashley. "He epitomizes the traits of an enthusiastic and effective mentor and role model."
