Electronic Resource Management
ERM Special Program scheduled for September 21
Are you overwhelmed by your library's license agreements?
Libraries are subscribing to electronic resources at a growing rate, under increasingly-complex licensing agreements. Library staff need to understand the legal, financial, and access aspects of their libraries’ licensing arrangements, and Electronic Resource Management (ERM) systems can help.
Join Deberah England, Electronic Resources Librarian, Wright State University, at MLC for our half-day special program to learn the basic concepts of ERM. The program will be offered one time only, on Friday, September 21, 2007, 9am-12noon, at the MLC Offices in Lansing. To register online, go to
MLC's Registration page.
Please contact Heather Thomas, ext. 133,
thomash@mlcnet.org , or Evette Atkin, ext. 152,
atkine@mlcnet.org , if you have questions about the special program or if you need help with registration.
