Membership Fees


Membership renewal invoices for July 2011-June 2012 have been mailed to current member libraries.  If your library is not currently an MCLS member and would like to join, please use our online Member Application/Participation Agreement.

The MCLS membership fee structure has four categories:
  • Category 1
    4-year academic and large publics (40,000+ legal service population)
    Dues: $250

  • Category 2
    2-year academic and medical
    Dues: $175

  • Category 3
    Medium/small publics, K12, special
    Dues: $125

  • Category 4
    Cooperatives and other consortia
    (For cooperatives and consortia joining as individual organizations. Does not extend MCLS membership or services to their member libraries.)
    Dues: $125
